Traveler Responsibility Policy

This policy outlines the traveler’s responsibility to review, verify, and confirm all booking and travel information prior to payment and departure.

1. Customer Responsibility to Verify Booking Details

Travelers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all booking details at the time of reservation and after receiving confirmation documents.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full legal names (must match passport/government ID exactly)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender information
  • Cruise line name
  • Ship name
  • Travel dates
  • Departure and return ports
  • Cabin category
  • Passenger count
  • Special requests

Any errors in name spelling, travel dates, or passenger details may result in denied boarding, penalties, or additional fees charged by the cruise line.

Wizfair LLC is not responsible for errors provided by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Name Accuracy Requirement

Names entered during booking must exactly match the traveler’s government-issued ID or passport.

Failure to provide correct name details may result in:

  • Boarding denial
  • Cruise line change fees
  • Cancellation penalties
  • Loss of fare

Customers must immediately notify Wizfair of any corrections needed.

3. Travel Date & Itinerary Confirmation

Travelers must verify:

  • Sailing date
  • Return date
  • Port location
  • Arrival times
  • Check-in requirements

Wizfair is not responsible for missed cruises due to customer misunderstanding of travel dates or departure times.

4. Travel Document Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required documentation, including:

  • Valid passport (recommended for all cruises)
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Required visas (if applicable)
  • Residency permits (if applicable)
  • Vaccination or health documentation (if required by cruise line or destination)

Wizfair does not guarantee eligibility for travel based on documentation status.

5. Visa & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for verifying entry requirements for all destinations and ports of call, including:

  • Visa requirements
  • Passport validity rules
  • Entry permits
  • Transit requirements

Denied entry by immigration authorities is the traveler’s responsibility. Wizfair is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.

6. Check-In & Boarding Requirements

Cruise lines require specific check-in procedures and arrival timelines.

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Completing online check-in
  • Uploading required documents
  • Arriving at port within boarding window
  • Carrying printed or digital confirmations

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.

7. Traveler Acknowledgment

By booking through Wizfair LLC, the traveler confirms:

  • All information provided is accurate
  • They have reviewed the cruise details
  • They accept responsibility for verifying travel requirements
  • They understand documentation requirements
  • They agree Wizfair is not responsible for errors, omissions, or failure to meet travel entry requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

Wizfair LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect names submitted by the traveler
  • Incorrect travel dates selected
  • Missed sailings
  • Denied boarding
  • Visa or passport issues
  • Immigration refusal
  • Failure to meet travel documentation requirements

All such responsibilities rest solely with the traveler.

9. Recommended Action

We strongly advise travelers to review all confirmation documents immediately after booking and contact us promptly if any corrections are needed.
