Wizfair is affiliated with Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) as a cruise advisor. This affiliation does not make Wizfair a cruise operator and does not create liability for cruise line actions.

Supplier Control

Cruise lines control:

• Itinerary changes
• Boarding decisions
• Cancellation policies
• Health & safety protocols
• Pricing and promotions

Wizfair is not responsible for supplier decisions or operational disruptions.

PRICE & SYSTEM ERROR PROTECTION

We reserve the right to cancel bookings created due to pricing errors, system issues, or supplier data inaccuracies.

Limitation Of Liability

Arbitration
